Salt · uneedsalt.com
You have an app that can pay a vendor, send a message, or deploy without asking. Salt stops it until a person taps Yes. You pay for that tap. If the receipt is not live, the app does not act.
You buy the taps. The human never pays. $9 is 1,000 yeses, and each Yes spends one. If the packet says pay a vendor $12, that $12 is the action they are approving. Salt does not take that money.

if (!rec || !rec.live) throw new Error('no')
